Mason Fire Chief John Moore said "By working closer together we can provide a higher quality, more efficient service to our communities, and make better use of our financial resources".

The mission of the organization is to combine services to provide a safer more efficient fire service while increasing fire ground safety and cost effectiveness. All while maintaining local autonomy.
