A dreary cold and wet January Sunday doesn't hamper training at the LSFD.  On Sunday January 2010  training on Tower-61 was conducted.  FF Chris Ellis and FF Matt Stelle are both currently learning the proper operation of the unit under the direction of LT Tom Benjamin.  This training includes but not limited to driving the apparatus, proper placement at a fire, setting up & using the aerial ladder as well as pumping water.
