On Sunday January 25, 2010 the LSFD was dispatched to smoke coming from the pavement in the parking lot of Kohls on Fields Ertel.  Crews arrived to find white smoke issuing from the pavement & the smell of electrical burning.  Duke was notified and a crew arrived shortly and was able to disconnect the feed to some of the parking lot lighting.
